Mark commenced his HR career with Mancala in 2011 as the HR Officer where he was responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of HR duties.

In 2015 Mark left Mancala and relocated to Brisbane where he worked a number of contract roles with various companies and industries.

Mark predominantly worked as a HR Business Partner providing assistance and advice in all areas of HR including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance, Remuneration, Strategic Planning, Restructuring, Leadership, Culture and Employee Engagement.

Mark has over 10 year’s experience working with various companies including NewsCorp, Domino’s, New Hope Group, Transurban & the RTA.

Mark returned to Mancala in 2022 as the HR Manager and has successfully contributed to the various projects ensuring manning numbers are met along with the various site requirements.

Mark’s relationship building and strategic approach has allowed him to forge strong working relationships both internally and externally.
