Over 30 years of working experience in multi-national invested companies, mainly focusing in the senior management of Supply Chain, and in the Automotive Industry.

My management experience includes making company strategies, optimisation of the supply chain process, cost saving and help with company growth.

My latest previous position was working for Johnson Controls Inc. Power Solutions over 12 years, as Procurement Director APAC.

Main Achievements:

Direct Material controllable spending annual cost saving 8%, saving amounts to US$ 6M in average.

Consolidate indirect spending and share best practice among plants, annual cost saving 10% amounts to US$ 3M in average.

In the new plants building (investment for each around US$175M), saving US$60 M via equipment localisation and facility optimisation.
